There is a time for everything, a season for every activity under heaven.

- Ecclesiastes 3:1

The number of hours in each day remains the same but the productivity from every activity of men in each day differs. Have you ever asked yourself how that you go and come back at the end of a day and find out that all your activity produced little or no monetary value. This has been a major concern in my life and I believe it's most likely the same in yours. Not to worry, there's a way out. The only one gift that's common to all God's creation is time. But how well you spend this time depends on you. Time is best defined as the moment between life and death! In other words, it's the gap between both. It's the period you have to do whatever you want to do but remember it could be as short as a day, week, month or could be years apart. Therefore, since we have no idea of how long we would live, maximize the moment you've got.

Tell me your routines on a daily basis and I will tell you how far or close you're to success. Successful people are people that are able to make a huge turnover with the little time they've got. One of the greatest apostles of all time, Apostle Paul, reveals that "a wide door of opportunity for effectual [service] has opened to me [there, a great and promising one] …" To spot an opportunity, is to have information ready at your fingertips. Paul wasn't distracted to go anywhere else but remain focused to the opportunity opened to him. He knew that if he didn't make any move at that moment he's most likely to lose the opportunity. Planning when an opportunity arises is an express way to failure! However, failing to plan is planning to fail. Make sure your planning is done at the right time. Always remember that not all activity equals productivity.

To be successful is to move to a strategic position or place at a particular time with the right set of people. Who are the people in your life that mentors you? Success is not an overnight achievement, it's a journey! Therefore, align yourself with the right set of people with the mind to making it in life. However, never and ever underestimate the power of God in all that you do. He's capable of bringing the right people your way. First, you need to acknowledge that God is the owner of time and therefore, to make a proper use of it, you need to consult the owner for the [His] manual (the way it's to be spent i.e. when to). Getting a clear understanding of when, where, what and how from God is a good approach to spending your time right.

God has placed you in a certain place for a particular reason or time. The Bible says, "…he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live". To sum it up, make the most of the moment even when the odds are stacked up against you, never give up; those challenges are there for a reason known by God. Remember he knows your frame. Get back to that business idea, education and maximize the moment!
